Welcome to Wofu (“the Platform”). By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Description of services

The Platform provides the following services:

Casting and viewing Zi Wei Dou Shu charts.

Astrology learning and educational content.

AI-assisted chart analysis.

AI astrology chat (for applicable paid plans).

Storage and management of chart data.

Other related services the Platform may offer from time to time.

2. Important disclaimer

The Zi Wei Dou Shu charts, astrology analysis and AI interpretations provided by the Platform are for reference and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

The Platform’s astrology services should not be regarded as medical, legal, financial, investment or any other professional advice.

You should not make major life decisions based solely on the astrology information provided by the Platform.

Analysis results may vary by individual interpretation; the Platform does not guarantee their accuracy or suitability.

The AI analysis feature is generated using artificial intelligence; its content is for reference only and may contain errors.

The Platform is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its information.

3. Account registration and management

You must provide truthful, accurate and complete registration information.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify the Platform immediately.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Paid services

The Platform uses one-time purchases only. It is not a subscription service and does not auto-renew or charge you on a recurring basis.

Payments on the Platform are processed by third-party payment providers (ECPay, NewebPay, JKOPAY, PayPal, NOWPayments, etc.). Each provider handles payment processing and settlement under its own terms, and the Platform does not store your full credit card details.

4.1 How charging works

The “natal summary” is free to use, with no payment required.

Advanced analyses (major cycle, annual, monthly) are charged individually on a per-section basis; you may freely choose which sections of your chart to purchase, and a discounted full-year bundle is available for monthly readings.

Actual prices are as shown on the checkout page. The Platform reserves the right to adjust prices, with any adjustment applying only to purchases made after the change.

4.2 Refund policy

Paid analyses are digital content unlocked and delivered immediately upon purchase; as you are informed of and agree to this nature before purchase, they are generally non-refundable.

If a technical issue on the Platform prevents you from accessing content you have purchased, we may provide compensation or re-deliver the service at our discretion.

Refunds are handled by the Platform in accordance with its refund policy. To request a refund or raise a complaint, email support.wofu@wofu-studio.com; we aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using the Platform:

Violating any applicable law or regulation.

Infringing the intellectual property or other rights of others.

Uploading or spreading malware, viruses or harmful content.

Accessing the Platform’s systems or data without authorization.

Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Platform.

Using automated tools to scrape or copy Platform content in bulk.

Using the Platform’s services for commercial purposes (unless with the Platform’s written consent).

Impersonating others or providing false information.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, code and the user interface — is protected by copyright and related intellectual property laws.

Without the Platform’s written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display or otherwise use the above content.

“Wofu”, “WoFu” and related marks are trademarks of the Platform and may not be used without authorization.

7. Interruption and termination

The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the service (in whole or in part) at any time without notice.

The Platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades or force majeure.

If you violate these terms, the Platform may immediately terminate your account and right to use the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Platform provides the service “as is”, without any express or implied warranty as to its suitability, reliability, accuracy or completeness.

The Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.

The Platform’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid to the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to these terms

The Platform may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will notify you by appropriate means. Continuing to use the Platform after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, their interpretation and application, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
