A: We follow traditional Zi Wei Dou Shu charting logic, calculating from the date, time and place of birth you provide, and present the result in a modern interface.
Q: Which payment methods do the paid plans support?
A: We currently support a range of payment methods, including credit card, ATM virtual account, convenience-store payment, JKoPay, PayPal and USDT cryptocurrency.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Digital content (AI analysis reports) is non-refundable once generated, unless a system error makes it unusable. Please see the Terms of Service for the full refund policy; if there is a dispute, write to us describing the situation and we will review it case by case.
Q: How accurate are the interpretations?
A: We base our analysis on traditional Zi Wei Dou Shu theory combined with AI-generated personalized content, doing our best to provide insights of reference value.
