It can read your chart. General-purpose AI can't.

Wofu's Q&A is built on the chart you've already cast and unlocked: which stars fall in which palaces, the three layers of Four Transformations, and the strength of each palace are all facts already in hand. Answers stick to what's actually in your chart — a star that isn't on your chart won't be used.

Before it answers, it looks things up

This is the biggest structural difference from an ordinary chatbot: it has a set of lookup tools, and it decides on its own what to look up and how many times based on your question, then answers. You'll see what it's looking up right there in the conversation.

Look up your chart: Specify a year or layer to pull the three-layer overlay chart, the lines between opposite and hidden-alignment palaces, and counts of malefic stars and Hua Ji

Look up official reports: Read the original text of your unlocked natal, decade, and annual reports so answers line up with them

Look up palace-stem flying transformations: Work out where the Four Transformations land from a given palace's stem — the key step in judging who influences whom

Look up the technique knowledge base: Reading rules written by the astrologers, with trigger conditions and counter-examples, so patterns aren't misapplied

Multi-year scan: Scan a range of years for the ones that meet the conditions — used to answer which years are a better fit

When the premise isn't clear, it asks first

You ask "is this a good year to change jobs" but you haven't actually started looking; you ask "should I buy the place" but never said whether it's an investment unit or a home to live in. Different premises, completely different answers — a general-purpose AI writes out every case, and then none of them really counts.

Wofu's approach is to ask back first, with options you just tap. Once you answer, it reads for your actual situation. And that clarifying round doesn't cost a credit — getting the premise straight is its job, not something you should pay for.

It won't contradict your reports

If you've unlocked the official report for a decade or a given year, the Q&A reads that report in first, and its conclusion has to line up with it. For years you haven't unlocked, it reads from the chart on its own and makes clear that this is a real-time reading.

This matters most across multiple reports — you won't run into a mismatch where the report says this decade is good for reinventing yourself while the Q&A says don't make a move.

Keep asking without re-explaining every time

Within one conversation it carries the earlier context forward, so you can keep following up. As the conversation gets longer, the earlier parts are summarized and kept, so it won't forget what you said in your first question by the time you're on your tenth.

Credit pool: shared across decades, top up any time

The Q&A uses a credit pool: one pool per person, shared across the conversations for all your unlocked decades, so switching to a different decade doesn't mean buying again.

Credits come from two places — bundled in automatically when you unlock a decade, and top-up packs you can buy separately at any time. Each full answer costs one credit; a clarifying round doesn't. The actual bundled amounts and top-up packs follow what's shown on the site.
